My steak which I ordered medium rare was medium. Maybe the last 20% was medium rare. It’s so disappointing that you are the Meat and Wine Co, if you can’t cook a $49 steak well, what’s the point? It’s a waste of a good steak. On a side note, the wine was good, so that’s something!
