A lovely Birthday diner with my wife, courtesy of my daughter and husband. The ambience was old wordly. Seating was cosy and luxurious. We started with a Wagga and Gerrello tartar for me. This was rather good, (even the wife enjoyed some) while my wife had the squid
This was nice and tender and well seasoned.. Mains was Rump for me and snapper for the wife both were superbly cooked and good portions. Desert was a fondant served with hazelnut ice cream. It is worth going just for the dessert… fantastic.
Service was very good the wine dud justice to the meals. The staff were great.
One of the best meals for a long time.
Well worth a visit.
