Walked in the receptionist was so rude no customer service at all, she told me my booking wasn’t there… she said I needed a confirmation text, told her I didn’t get one she said well then no booking, I told her to search my name it came up first name last name and mobile, I said why are my details there if I didn’t book, she said I don’t know but not here… so rude and condescending the whole way, I called the booking number and surprise they found my booking…
