I grew up in the Southeast and all I can say is this Chik-Fil-A is a disappointment. Yes, every Chik-Fil-A line gets long, but just compare the ratings at the Bellevue and Lynnwood locations on Yelp and Google. Hell even go to either one and you’ll see the obvious difference in how they run ship.
I’ve been to at least 20+ CFAs at least 1,000+ times and this one is consistently the worst. I also hold the brand dear to my heart for the customer care, excellent food and all around amazing ness but this location is subpar. A couple of things I found off about this one:
– Like every Chick-Fil-A, the line is usually long. However, this one seems to go twice as slow or more. If you don’t believe me, again go to Bellevue during lunch hours and compare the “speed” of the line.
– DO NOT ORDER a large fry if you’re expecting more than the small amount. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME they stack your condiments and napkins to try to be sneaky about how many fries they give you.
– Human error says orders will get messed up, but I’ve never had one Chik-Fil-A get three orders wrong! During COVID and an hour long line, just forget about getting it corrected.
Those are the main points, the people are really nice so it’s a shame they don’t model the excellence in other areas. I hope that their manager actually reads some of this shit, digests it and actually puts forth a plan of action to bring this location up to par with others. This is more a call-to-action than a bash. One can make excuses or one can get up and do what needs to be done.
