I’m really puzzled why CFA has an average of 3 stars! Granted, this is the first CFA I have ever been to, but I was really pleased with the experience from start to finish. First off, the food is excellent for fast food. We always get the standard CFA sandwich, spicy deluxe and fries. The food has always come out hot! I like that there are so many sauces to choose from (my favorite is the original CFA sauce). My one small complaint is that I think they could do a better job packing in the fries ;).
The staff is polite and friendly, and the restaurant space is clean. We’ve done dine-in and mobile order and the food comes out fast. For dine-in, our wait time to get the food is generally less than 5 minutes. One time we waited about 15 minutes for food ordered via mobile, but it was a busy day during COVID times, so I’m not critical of that.
