Severely disappointed in the new portion sizes when we opened our Uber Eats order tonight. Not only was the beef ribs half the size of the previous order, but it seemed a poor quality cut with more bone than meat.
We were also shocked to see the Uber Eats price for the individual items were up to $11 extra than the Ribs and Burgers website, meaning that we paid $47.90 for a meagre portion of ribs that would be over-priced at $36.90 for the small size.
We called the manager and they had no attempt to rectify the problem. We definitely won’t be ordering from here again.
